Nest Learning Thermostat Issue

I installed this like 3 days ago and I’ve had issues daily. It’ll cool for a bit then in the afternoons it’s hot air coming out of the vents. Then at night back to cooling. I have a heat pump. Is my wiring or setup wrong?! Help!

All wires look ok. You need to check on the schedule & edit or delete to your preference. There are also other feature on nest that make it look like it has mind of its own but really it’s cause features are active. Check on features like eco, airwave, early on, cool to dry & see if they’re set on & if you want to turn them off. Hope that helps. Good luck.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Usually the Nest Learning Thermostat will learn your temperature pattern and will set a schedule for you after a week. Here is a link on how to disable the learning feature on your Nest thermostat.
