My Nest thermostat humidity reading is 10-15 higher

All my 3nest learning thermostat humidity readings incorrect and they are 10 to 15% higher.  

Model:  Display 2.12

Backplate: 2.21

Software: 5.9.4-5

I had tried factory reset as well as simple reset.  No difference.  Temperature readings are correct.  Only humidity.

Hi mtun009,

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I appreciate you being a step ahead of us. 

Following the steps below might help:

1. Remove the thermostat display from its base for about 5 seconds.
2. Reattach the display.
3. Wait for 10 seconds.
4. Check the humidity readouts if it returns to normal.

yes, I tried it.  Still wrong readings.  Unfortunately I have 3 nest thermostats are acting that way.
