My best Thermostat isnt working - no heating or hot water

Hi, we’ve woken up this morning with all the Nest displays and thermostat off, flashing red and the app states offline. I’ve taken the thermostat off and plugged into USB charging port but now I’m just getting a message saying the thermostat is restarting and yet it doesn’t. I have changed the fuses but wondered if the heat link is the problem. I have no idea what to look for! Any ideas?
