I'm getting H72 Error message on one of my thermostats. I have 3 zones, the other 2 zones are working perfectly. The button on the heatlink does nothing when I press it. I've had an electrician check it and they verified power is getting to it.

I posted in another thread but have not gotten a response in 3 weeks. I'm posting again in the hope of getting a response. Here are my answers to the questions we were prompted to answer.

Turn on Manual Mode to verify boiler activation by pressing its button once. Does anything happen?

- the button does nothing. It actually doesn't feel like it's pressing correctly at all. My other heatlinks have a proper button click where the broken one doesn't really move.

Check that the breaker switches are set to on or the fuse board hasn't tripped.
- everything is fine. The others are on the same circuit and are working.

Could you please help us with some answers to fully document your case?

1. How often do you experience the issue?
- First time

2. How long has your thermostat been installed?
- Approximately 1.5 years

3. What colour is the Heat Link LED?
- No LED lighting up.

4. What is showing on the Nest thermostat display?
- H72 Error message

5. Have you had any power cuts recently?
- No

6. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
- No

7. How many zones are present in the setup?
- 3 (other 2 are working fine)
