My Nest thermostat is not finding the wifi signal.  Nothing has changed.  It just got disconnected and that's all.

Hello Fuentesari123,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the connectivity issue with your Nest Thermostat. I understand that, despite no changes in your setup, the Nest Thermostat is currently unable to find the WiFi signal and has become disconnected. Let's work together and get things back online!

A power-related issue might be causing the problem. Gather the power readouts in the Technical Info settings and inspect for any message codes in the Equipment and Network settings. Also, if you have any additional details or observations that might assist us in resolving this matter more efficiently, please feel free to share them.

Best regards,
Mark

Hey Mark. I already contacted Google support and my thermostat was replaced at no extra cost. It's working fine now.  Thanks.
