My nest thermostat is not working I want to return it get a credit.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the thermostat I purchased. Unfortunately, since the day of purchase, I have been encountering numerous issues and malfunctions with the product.

To provide you with more details, the thermostat in question is  Google nest model From the very beginning, I noticed that it does not function as advertised. The primary problem was inabilities to work with the ferns This has resulted in discomfort and inconvenience for my household, as the thermostat's readings vary significantly from the actual room temperature.

Furthermore, the thermostat frequently freezes or becomes unresponsive, making it impossible for me to adjust the temperature settings or control the heating and cooling functions. This erratic behavior has not only disrupted the comfort of my home but has also led to increased energy consumption and subsequently higher utility bills.

I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by referring to the user manual and following the recommended troubleshooting steps in addition having it looked at by professional. However, these efforts have yielded no improvement in the thermostat's performance.

This leads me to replace it by my old thermostat.

As a loyal customer of your brand, I have always held your products in high regard and expected superior quality. Unfortunately, the experience with this particular thermostat has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the reliability of your brand.

I have invested both time and money in this purchase, and it is disheartening to encounter such issues with a supposedly premium product.

In light of these ongoing problems, I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter. I am seeking a replacement thermostat that is fully functional and capable of maintaining accurate temperature readings consistently. I believe this is a fair and reasonable solution, considering the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced due to the faulty product.

Additionally, I would appreciate any compensation for the increased energy costs incurred as a result of the thermostat's malfunctioning. I trust that your company values customer satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly.

I have attached copies of the purchase receipt and any relevant documentation that may assist in resolving this matter efficiently. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint in writing at your earliest convenience.

I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
