Thermostat: red blinking light, completed tests and form sent but no one has responded

Hello:

I am getting desperate as winter is fully on us.  I've posted on this community regarding my issues.  And I was getting steady responses from@TudorL and LarisaL.  I had to complete a form, did it twice and now I haven't had a response from the other thread.

Google's customer support is complete trash. Good luck if they even respond back. File a BBB complaint.
