Me too, it seems like the Google Home app is having issues and says my device (cell phone) is not connected to my wifi when it is. I’ve restarted my router, device, and re-installed the Nest Thermostat multiple times.
I am sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up, and ensure everyone is good to go. Please let me know if you are still having any network issues with the thermostat, as I would be happy to take a closer look.
