I have tried resetting everything and I cannot connect my thermostat to my WiFi. I reset to factory settings and now I have no control of my AC.

Me too, it seems like the Google Home app is having issues and says my device (cell phone) is not connected to my wifi when it is. I’ve restarted my router, device, and re-installed the Nest Thermostat multiple times.
