Yes it was previously connected. Now it lost WiFi network.

Thanks for your reply. I understand that you are having the M15 error code on the Nest Learning Thermostat. In this case, Could you please confirm if you deleted the thermostat from the Nest app and started the setup process again? And how did you process the reset?
