I'm trying to make it throw cool air again it's seems like the fan is just running and even at times feels like hot air . I've reset the device to it's default state and still no luck please help.    Thank you in advance

I'm so sorry to hear about your Nest behaving in strange ways, I'm sure that's confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 
 
Would you mind telling me what troubleshooting steps you have tried? 
I was able to find a great article that helps with strange cooling and heating issues. Please look over that and see if those steps help or answer your questions.
