Is there an outage for nest cameras? Both of mine went out at the same time but not the thermostat

Sorry to hear that your cameras have been having issues, I know that can be a little confusing, but I'm happy to look into this. 

It doesn't appear that there have been any outages for the Nest cameras lately. Were you able to check your wifi connection and router to see if that was the issue? 

Please let me know if you're still having issues and I'd be happy to continue looking on this.
