My thermostats E can't connect google fiber. It doesn't find all wi-fi at all. I tried all troubleshooting including all reset... Let me know where is the problem...

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with connecting your Nest Thermostat to your Wifi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• How far is your Nest Thermostat from the router?
• Have you tried entering the Wifi name and password?
• Are you getting any message when it fails to find your network?
