NEST LEARNING THERMOSTAT

I bought a nest t-stat 08/19/20 and it stopped connecting to my wifi and they charged me for a new one and sent it to me then I had to send them back the 1st and then they credited my account once they received the bad one back. Now the 2nd one isn't sending the signal to turn on heat. No heat so I have to call hvac tech and replaced with honeywell stat and everything works. All of this taken place in 3 years time. Too expensive for only 3 years use for 249.00 plus taxes. I feel like Google nest should be offering a lot better product and warranty.
