My WIFI password has changed. And I had to change the batteries.
I cannot see the nest on my phone, and I have tried 6x, but my phone cannot detect it. I tried finding the help desk, but this is a task in itself. Help!
The nest is, and it is set to 70, but I want to lower it when I am not home

Thanks David. Tried the same steps over and over again and its quite frustrating. Why isn't Google help available on the phone?

You CAN reach Support by phone, but you have to go through the following steps to get a callback:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
