NEST schedule not adjusted to daylight saving

Simon1

In the UK the clocks went forward a couple of days ago.  My NEST, however, is starting one hour earlier than it should, which means it has not adapted to the change of time.  It starts at 5.00am, for example, when it should now begin at 6.00am.

The time on the thermostat is correct.  It changed automatically.  My phone and PC have both changed automatically.  The problem is that the schedule has not altered to accommodate the new time throughout the UK.

Can anybody please advise me how I change the schedule to ensure that it is timed correctly, in line with winter time,  and why the change has worked on the thermostat but not the schedule.

Many thanks.  Simon

I have the same issue. I have had the thermostat for years, and it’s never happened until this year. I haven’t found a solution.

Same here, just noticed the schedule is an hour off.

just went through the troubleshooting with google support and required the auto schedule to be turned off in the app , then had to go to the thermostat to select reset , then reset schedule, then go back to the app and manually enter your schedule again. Pain in the arse if we have to do this every time change. What a mess google.
