Neat App showing offline

My nest app is showing my thermostat offline but the thermostat is showing as connected as is the Google home app. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the nest app, reconnected to a different WiFi and nothing is working. Again, the thermostat is showing it’s connected and Google home is too so it must be something with the app. Anyone else experiencing this?

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• When did the inconvenience start?
• Can you control the Nest Thermostat manually?
• Are you getting any error messages?
