I have a nest 3rd gen thermostat that was installed May 2020. Thermostat is now reporting H71 fault but on closer inspection, the heatlink has no power lights present. I’ve tried reset but to no avail. Power is going to the heatlink and the power light on boiler is on. System is set up in S-plan. How do I get the heatlink replaced?
