Neat thermostat broken

My nest thermostat has broken. It is just dead on its stand. How can I get this replaced please? Thanks

Hey JadeW,

 

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. A few questions: what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Are you getting a blank screen on the thermostat display? Did the issue happen during or after installation? Are the breakers all switched on? Also, have you tried plugging the thermostat into a working outlet? Keep us posted.

Hi. No. It is getting power the green light is flashing. However the screen is completely dead. I cannot therefore reset it as I can’t use the screen.

Sorry it is a 3rd gen and it has been working fine. Broke a few weeks ago but as not using the heating have only just found it is broken. I have a 6 month old baby in the house and am anxious for it to be replaced as I need heating with him in the house.
