A couple of days ago my nest thermostat was knocked off the wall because it was bumped into
and ever since I couldn’t get it it to work. I charge it it says connect to base station and when I connect it nothing happens I tried holding the thermostat down for 10 secs to restart it and nothing happens after I checked all the wires they are fine. I checked the breakers , fuse , heat pump breakers and everything is fine I have no idea what to do now I’m out of ideas.

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum and for being a step ahead of us. A few questions: how long did you charge your Nest Thermostat E? Weren't you able to charge it due to the message? If yes, try to plug it again in the micro USB cable and once the message appears, press and hold the back of your thermostat for three or more seconds. Once that message is gone, continue charging your thermostat for at least an hour.
Please let me know how it goes after one hour of charging.
