Need a new base for nest thermostat

Hi, how can I purchase a new base for the nest thermostat?  Would rather not buy one used on eBay.  Please advise.

Hi, I have a nest 3rd generation thermostat. I tried going to the Google store and searching for a nest replacement base but was unable to find it. Can you provide me a link?

Also, by asking which generation of nest thermostat I have, are you implying that replacement bases are available for some models but not others?  I don't see parts available for any generation of nest thermostat.  Any advice?

Any type of Nest thermostat base is no longer available in the Accessories part of the Google Store. We'd like to know more about this. Please fill out this form so we can help you further.

Hi, I ended up buying one second hand and it fixed the problem I was having.  It's sad that this product is no longer being supported as it has in the past.  It really is shameful.
