Need help with a wiring setup to Nest Thermostat Learning

Hi everyone, I am looking for help with what to do with the extra brown wire that was previously connected to the Y terminal along with the yellow wire. What terminal should I connect it to the new Nest Learning Thermostat? Thanks!

It appears that you wired your Nest Thermostat correctly. But to be sure of the brown wire's purpose, could you please check and share with us a photo of your HVAC system's control panel to see how it was labeled?
