Sidd

Hi,i am looking to setup nest learning thermostat for my home and before buying the product ul,I thought of checking the app for compatibility.

In the setup app,I could find 3 wires out of the 7 which i can see in my wiring

And then i got a message that the thermostat is not compatible with my house.

Can someone help me and let me know if i am missing something?

Thank you in advance

Hi there,

Thanks for the photo. It looks like your current thermostat is using a proprietary wiring. Proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.

Thanks,

Jennifer
