Need to Log in all the time

Why do I have to log in all the time I need to set the Thermostat?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app? What are the messages or codes you are receiving? Also, in what country are you located?

Nest App,  Michigan, USA. No messages or code. Just gets logged

Hey Forsu,

Thanks for that information. Do you have a family member who has access to your home structure in the Nest app? Are you using Android or iOS? Please ensure that your phone's software is updated. Also, try reinstalling your Nest app. 

If the issue persists, let's isolate it by logging in to a different mobile device, and monitor if you encounter the same issue.
