Thanks for that information. Do you have a family member who has access to your home structure in the Nest app? Are you using Android or iOS? Please ensure that your phone's software is updated. Also, try reinstalling your Nest app.
If the issue persists, let's isolate it by logging in to a different mobile device, and monitor if you encounter the same issue.
