You need to contact your old email provider and get the mail forwarded to your new email. Your password reset is more difficult without it.

@Adavillaneva, are you trying to access your email account associated with your Nest Thermostat? If you no longer have access to the account, it would be best to link your Nest Thermostat to your preferred email address to update the access. With this, resetting the Account Connection in your Nest Thermostats settings would help to unlink it from the old account. Once disconnected, reconnect your thermostat to your Wi-Fi network and proceed with adding it to the app, but with your new email address.
