Hello, I noticed this morning that my NEST controller was dead. I have checked and it can be charged manually. I can now see that the heat link box is dead, with no light in it. I have tried the reset advice and also turned off and on our electrics, but to no avail. I am unable now to control our hearing, etc. Can anyone help me please with this issue?
