Nest 3 Gen, Heat Pump, No Heat

Just installed a Nest thermostat and now the heat does not work.

A\C has been working fine for months but when I went to use Heat today it only blows room temperature air. 

I tried swapping the O\B wire

I can see that you just installed the Nest thermostat a couple of months ago, and it was working fine when cooling, but now that you are trying to use it for heating, it is not responding. • What other troubleshooting steps have you completed so far?
• When did the heating last work?
• During the setup process, did you select the correct fuel type?
• Who installed the Nest thermostat?
• How did you identify the wires?
• Do you receive any message from the Nest thermostat?
