Our Thermostat 3 app will not give me the Schedule page to adjust thermostat on my IPad, it has in the distance pasted but not for months.
. My green light is on, (Red herring ) and reset , rebooted WIFi , Nest customer service is not fit for purpose
having written to support I have come to the conclusion it’s a robot with a script !
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please tell us more about what's happening? Are you having an issue navigating and controlling your thermostat in the Nest app on your iPad? If so, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried?
