I'm trying to install a Nest 3rd Gen on an older furnace (1959 ... still going strong). The old analog thermostat (2000s vintage) just had an R and W line and the Nest is reporting no power. I've attached a picture of the controller in the furnace ... anyone had experience with one of these? Will a Nest Power Connecter and an external 24VAC/20VA adapter do the trick? And if so, any idea which wire is the W down here?
