The Base of my Thermostat (the base with the blue bubble level) is faulty and no longer working. I have searched everywhere and it cannot be found and without this base, I am unable to attach my Thermostat to the wall.

I would like to buy a replacement for the Thermostat base but cannot see where to do that. Is there any way I can get a replacement?

Unfortinlity they no longer offer the base for sale in the store.

Check to see if your thermostat is still in warranty here.

If it is then you can open a trouble ticket.

If it isn't still in warranty then your best option is eBay.
