Nest 3rd Gen Learning Therm and HOUSE wifi lights

I'm hoping that SOMEONE has experienced what I have:

My GN3rdGLT is located in a low-light but high-traffic area of my home.

When I walk past the t-stat, not only does Farsight activate, but the smart-lights in the area ALSO activate.

So basically I have lights that turn on every time i walk past my thermostat.

No Google employee has thus far been able to give me any type of acceptable response.  (not even a "that's odd")

So if someone sees this that has had this experience, I'd love to communicate.

I've been going crazy trying to find an answer to this. Your post is the only thing I've found after an exhaustive search. During the day whenever I walk into the room with my nest learning thermostat the wifi smart bulb turns on.  The odd thing is, it doesn't happen during certain hours of the day. I don't mind it necessarily, I just would like to control it so it won't happen  when it's not needed. Have you found a solution?
