Shows heating but it isn't

Just installed today nest learning gen 3 and it worked ok at first. Now it's 3am and it shows it's heating but the furnace itself doesn't turn on and it's very cold.Appreciate any help

Nest E Activity History only showing Away

I have installed a Nest E. Home & Away assist is turned on with only the Nest E being used to work out if I'm home or away. The Activity history is only showing Away events so I cannot tell why it is sometimes showing Home when I'm not home.

Resolved! Add thermostat without adding to Google Home

Hello, Is it possible to add the Nest thermostat to the Nest app without adding it to Google Home? My kids think it's "fun" to control the thermostat with Google voice commands. It's costing me an arm and a leg.

Delayed compressor start after fan

When powering the house on a generator, it would be best if the fan and A/C compressor didn't start at the same time.Of course I can accomplish what I need manually... start the fan, wait, then set the thermostat low enough to kick on the compressor....
