And your description, this one does not have anything to do with the other. That is the say changing the Wi-Fi should not have changed anything to do with the heating system.  Check the nest equipment setup to see if the W terminal wire is still connected.

Hi Stiopa1972,

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, do you see any error code on your Nest Thermostat display? To check for it, go to Settings, then look for Equipment. Also, please help us with the power reading of your Nest Thermostat.

  1. To open the Quick View menu, press the thermostat’s ring.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Turn the ring to highlight Technical Info then press the ring to select it.
  4. Select Power.
    • Battery
    • VOC
    • VIN
    • IIN

I'll look forward to your response.

Thanks for your help, @CoolingWizard

Best,

Zoe
