I've had a Nest 3rd gen for 7 years without any issues.
The thermostat now says the device does not have enough power. When it does turn on, the thermostat disconnects from the WiFi network.
It's constantly restarting due to a lack of power and only stays connected to the Internet for aprox one hour.
Research online suggests a fault base plate.
I'm torn between replacing with a Tado system rather than buying a new base plate. Others have suggested the fault often reoccurs in the future.
Any advice welcome.
