I just reconnected my Learning Thermostat to the Heat Link as the connection had dropped. Held down button on HL for 20 secs and it rebooted and connected. All good. But. Heating on full blast, not able to turn down even though thermostat set to 14 degrees and then heating OFF. Boiler keeps on going. Came home to a sauna. Manually turned off boiler but....winter is coming. Heating I think is hard wired to boiler so not sure why it cannot control if it is linked to thermostat and green light on. So not a thermostat to heat link issue, more a heat link to boiler issue.
Any ideas?

I have come across this issue before. Looks like the relay is stuck. How many lights on the Heat Link, just the green one?
First do a restart, but do this in the reset menu.
Failing that, I would try a factory reset, as this clears most faults.

Hey @Finnbill,
Sounds like you might have the Heat Link on manual mode. If you see 3 lights on it, press on the Nest button to turn off manual mode. Let me know how it goes.
