I have had a 3rd Gen Nest for over 5 years, never been an issue during that time.
Recently after a house renovation the Nest had to be moved, it immediately caused connectivity issues with a wireless alarm system and wireless cameras. Moving it back to its original position overcame most of the issues.
The software version is 5.9.5-2 which is coming up to 4 years old. I can't believe that this is the latest version for a UK model.
Have Google ceased maintaining the 3rd Gen Nest for the UK and Europe as this model is still available to buy?
