I spoke with the helpdesk yesterday for a W5 issue. I have to return the thermostat, but which part of it do i have to return?

Usually, in the email is mentioned what you'll need to return. Is it a replacement just the part that you need replace. If you are not sure, ask again the customer support to ensure 100%.
