Nest 3rd Gen and new furnace with AC

Schink
Community Member

I have a Nest 3rd Gen learning thermostat that worked great with my old furnace and AC.  Wiring is 4 solid copper wires.  We recently had an new furnace and A/c installed and now the Nest doesn't work.  Power seems to cut out when A/c is call.  The A/c is a Lennox EL16xc1-030-230A01 and the furnace is Lennox EL296UH070XV36B-12.

Thanks

Should be at least 5 wires.   R, Common, Y ,W and O/B.

Hi folks,

Thanks for the help here, Charles333.

Schink, how's it going? Were you able to see the wires on your thermostat as mentioned by Charles333? Could you please share a photo of your wiring and provide the power reading on your Nest Thermostat?

I'll look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Jennifer
