Hi, I have had six 3rd Gen Nest thermostats in my home for a number of years. I had always shunned moving from my Nest login to using Google until recently. I tried migrating my account and that failed with an error. So I removed all my Nests off my Nest account, logged in with my Google account then re-added all the thermostats. According to information here, any Nest devices that I add when logged into the Nest app using my google credentials are supposed to automatically turn up in the Home App. Two months later and still they are not there. I have tried checking room locations match, home matches, creating a new home, adding via Home app (I know doesn't work) factory resetting a Nest then re-adding it to the Nest app but none of that still makes the Nest turn up in the Home App. I have tried to use the support from Google but it is simply the worst on the planet. I sit on Chat ALL day and NEVER move even one place in the queue. I try to use the call back feature for Australia during business hours and yet it tells me try again in business hours. I try using the US call back and I get a non-descript error and it simply resets the help form. I tried posting on the facebook chat and my message sits there alone with no reply. Because I succumbed to moving to google, my Nest report now tells me its going to stop sending me my report as I no longer own any Nests!
