Nest 3rd Generation Learning Thermostat Uk Firmware not updating

Hi

 

i I have a Nest 3rd Generation Learning Thermostat in the UK and the firmware is 5.9.5-2 last updated on the 16 Nov 2021. Looking at the Google site it looks like there have been many Nest firmware updates since this release.  With the latest being 6.2-27 on the 3rd May 2022.

When I try to manually update the thermostat it says the software is up to date. 

Do I have the latest software update for a UK/EU Nest?
