Hi. Wondering if anybody can help. My nest 3rd gen was displaying h72 loss of power to heatlink error code. Low battery power at thermostat. This has left me with being unable to turn on my heating.
Power supply fine to boiler and heatlink but showing no output voltage. V in voltage indicated on thermostat shows 0 v.
Tried many areas of advice regarding resets and powering up thermostat with usb charger. Nothing works.
