Nest 3rd gen learning thermostat stuck at 82

Hello my nest has been stuck on 82 degrees for over 7 hours help me

It appears to be a problem with the power. A few questions: when did you install your Nest Thermostat? Does it have a C wire? Also, could you please gather the power readings on its Technical Info settings?
