Hi, I ended up with my thermostat and nest app having to be reset. I have managed to link the thermostat to the app, and to the heat link. However, it has only set up heating, not hot water. We had hot water scheduling before, and the hot water works if I press the heat link manually but it isn't an option on the thermostat or app? How can I get these back? They are not listed under equipment>pro setup to turn on!

I assume you are saying the Hot Water icon is missing on the display, correct?

I understand your thermostat isn't currently displaying the hot water option for you to control it. Don't worry. Let's see what's going on.
Could you please tell me which specific type of Nest Thermostat you have? I'd also like to know the status light of your Heatlink and whether you have a system or combi boiler.
If you want to set up hot water in your thermostat, you'll need to go to the settings in the following order to get the options to appear:
Then, select the hot water to be on. If this doesn't work, you can always return to the pro setup menu, select "other" instead of "system boiler," and try the same options.
Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps? Were there any recent power outages?

They obviously aren’t that bothered after a week, otherwise they would have answered my question?
