Nest Thermostat won’t connect to new WiFi network

I switched from AT&T WiFi to Spectrum and now my thermostat won’t connect to the WiFi. All the thermostat says is continue setup in the Google Home App. I’ve went to settings, device and WiFi. It tried to connect but never does. Now my central unit isn’t running at all.

Try these steps:

Change Nest thermostat Wi-Fi network - Google Nest Help

If those steps don't work, you'll need to factory reset the thermostat and set it up again with the new Wifi network.
