We have recently had Nest thermostats installed. On the APP we can see 2 heating zones and our water. The heating is working fine however we cannot get any hot water. When we click the hot water symbol on the APP we can hear a click in the tank cupboard so it sounds like it has switched on but no hot water comes through regardless of the duration we leave it on. We hear a similar click when the heating comes on. Any ideas?
