Nest App does not allow me to control temp

The Nest app will not allow me to control temp. It only shows home and away. I have attempted to sign into account and e-mail / password come back not matched. Asked to reset password and get no e-mail returned. Have deleted app and reinstalled to no avail. I have gone into Google home to link and still nothing.

I'm sorry to hear you've lost access to your Nest Thermostat in the Nest app, and I appreciate the steps you've taken. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Try using any other email address you might have linked to your thermostat. If you only know one, try checking for other available structures where it might be connected. Check out this guide on how to switch home structures.
