Nest App not showing any devices on Samsung Tablet

Hi, 

We have successfully had Nest in our Samsung Phones for years and it works fine.  Recently I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 Ultra Tablet.  I'm still using my Samsung phone and the nest app is working, however,  whilst the Nest App will download and open on the Tablet all it shows are the Home and Away buttons. It doesn't show any thermostats. 

I've deleted and reinstalled the app on the tablet but with no success. I can't manually add any products as I cannot get an "entry key" from the thermostat as it states it is already connected to an app.

Any suggestions please?

You need to sign in using the same Google account as your phone.   On the tablet, sign out of your Google account, then sign back in, and ensure you sign in using the same account.  Your home and devices should populate once you have signed in.

Thankyou.  All my google account info and apps were automatically copied from my phone to the tablet,. I have logged out,  logged back in using the same credentials as my phone,  restarted the tablet but to no avail, it is still only showing the two home and Away buttons

There should only be one...hm.

 Can you click on the home button and see if it opens up the home itself ?  If there is nothing there try the other home button.
