Nest App shows off Line

About time Google/Nest started to wake-up and admit there is  a major floor with their thermostat. I’m on my 2nd replacement. Demanding my money back and compensation if there are anymore fitting charges.

Thank you for following up with me; it is much appreciated. 

1st Thermostat I arranged for a qualified plumber to instal a Nest thermostat in February 2023.  I had intermittent problems from the start, with the nest App showing ‘off line’.  In September 2023 the thermostat showed the nest.com/w5 error message  and after contacting Google a refurbished thermostat was sent to me.

2nd Thermostat I had identical intermittent problems with the nest App, again, showing ‘off line’ and then in February 2024 the thermostat showed the nest.com/w5 error message.

3rd Thermostat A new Thermostat was sent to me by google which was installed yesterday ( 26 Feb 2024) by a qualified plumber and the nest App has been ‘off-line’ 6 times already.


Here are the case  number 7-6591000035064.  I have not yet contacted Google contacted about the problems I have already encounter with the latest thermostat 

 
I am completely frustrated with this product- it does not work.  I have paid a plumber twice (2x £80= £160) to install the various thermostats provided by Google. 

I would welcome to hear the options that you will offer me. Thanks
