Nest App will not let me sign into my google account but other google accounts can, web signin works

Has anyone had issues with the app not letting you sign in via a google account? I am brand new to Nest, I can not sign in using my primary google account on the app but can on home.nest.com. I signed into my business google account on the app and no issues but with my personal account I can not.

I cannot sign in through my Google account either. And I have no Nest account even though my new cameras are Nest cameras. It keeps telling me to migrate accounts. But you have to have Nest account and passwords.  I cannot get cameras up & running. SO FRUSTRATING!!

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with signing in to your Nest app. To isolate the issue, could you check if there's a pending update for your Nest app?

No Updates. I have had a pending case open for 5 days. I am about to return it and go for another solution.
