Nest Compatibility

Hello, I recently purchased an older home with 2 thermostats (both older, but one super old). I used the nest compatibility checker and it ended up telling me to submit pictures for both thermostats, so I figured I would try posting them here. I was wondering if either of these thermostats would be compatible with a nest system.

Looks like you have a couple of Heat Pumps the second older one might have emergency heat.  How comfortable are at going to the Air Handler and taking front panel off?

Top

Red - RC to Rc (jumper to R not needed

Orange - O to OB

Yellow - Y to Y1

White - G to G

Blue - B to C

Bottom

White - W1 to W1

Black - X to * (set as Emergency heat)

Blue - Y2 to Y2

Yellow - Y1 to Y1

Red - Rc to Rc (jumper not needed)

Brown - W2 to W2
