Nest E capability

Hi, 

I have 2 separate system at home. The AC which is wired and fully working on my Nest E,

( wiring Y1, G, R fully working) 

and a separate heating system with 2 wires ( white and RED)

I am wondering if this thermostat can manage both systems together.

Every year I am manually disconnecting the R wire from ac system on the thermostat and connecting the R and W1 of the heating system, in order to have the heat working.

I see other terminals on the nest like C and *OB.

Can i use those to wire the heat system?
